    [0001] The present invention relates to a pallet assembly, more particularly to a cosmetic pallet assembly as well as to its manufacturing process. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
    [0002] A conventional cosmetic pallet assembly comprises a rigid pallet which consists of a plurality of separate reception spaces for receiving respectively a plurality of pigmented breads which have different colors.
    [0003] In the context of the present application, the term "bread" is used to translate the English term "cake" generally used in the field of make-up. The term "bread" should be understood to include, without limitation, any type of compact or coherent mass.
    [0004] In order to produce a different color of the colors of the pigmented breads, a user can take a few powders of bread, for example, two differently colored pigmented breads with a brush, and then mix the colors on the palette. However, the bristles of the brush can be damaged due to the rigidity of the paddle during the mixing of the powders of bread. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic pallet assembly and a method of manufacture thereof that overcomes the aforementioned drawback of the prior art. A first aspect of the present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a cosmetic pallet assembly, comprising the steps of: forming a pigmented bread unit that comprises a first pigmented bread, and a second pigmented bread that is of a color different from that of the first pigmented bread; arrange the first pigmented bread and the second pigmented bread in a support; and pouring a filler into the carrier to form a soft base so that the first pigmented bread and the second pigmented bread are fixed in and surrounded by the soft base. Another aspect of the present invention relates to a cosmetic pallet assembly which comprises: a support enclosing a reception space; and a cosmetic product which is disposed in the reception area and which comprises a pigmented bread unit and a soft base. The pigmented bread unit comprises a first pigmented bread, and a second pigmented bread which is of a different color from that of the first pigmented bread. The soft base consists of a filler which comprises a clear gel.

Before the present invention is described in more detail, it should be noted that similar elements are designated by the same reference numerals throughout the description. FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 illustrate the first embodiment of a method of manufacturing a cosmetic pallet assembly according to the present invention which comprises a forming step 11, a deposition step 12, a filling step 13, a extraction step 14 and a conditioning step 15. The forming step 11 consists in forming a pigmented bread unit 31 which comprises a plurality of first pigmented loaves 311, and a plurality of second pigmented loaves 312 which are of a different color from that of the first pigmented loaves 311. The forming step 11 is performed using a mold 2. To be more specific, the forming step 11 is performed by melting first and second cosmetic materials 310, 310 'respectively for the first and second pigmented loaves 311, 312, and pouring the first and second cosmetics 310, 310' into corresponding cavities 21, 21 'of the mold 2, followed by solidification to form the first pigmented loaves 311 and the second pigmented loaves 312 in the cavities 21, 21 '.
