专利说明:
[0001] The present invention relates to a pallet assembly, more particularly to a cosmetic pallet assembly as well as to its manufacturing process. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0002] A conventional cosmetic pallet assembly comprises a rigid pallet which consists of a plurality of separate reception spaces for receiving respectively a plurality of pigmented breads which have different colors. [0003] In the context of the present application, the term "bread" is used to translate the English term "cake" generally used in the field of make-up. The term "bread" should be understood to include, without limitation, any type of compact or coherent mass. [0004] In order to produce a different color of the colors of the pigmented breads, a user can take a few powders of bread, for example, two differently colored pigmented breads with a brush, and then mix the colors on the palette. However, the bristles of the brush can be damaged due to the rigidity of the paddle during the mixing of the powders of bread. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic pallet assembly and a method of manufacture thereof that overcomes the aforementioned drawback of the prior art. A first aspect of the present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a cosmetic pallet assembly, comprising the steps of: forming a pigmented bread unit that comprises a first pigmented bread, and a second pigmented bread that is of a color different from that of the first pigmented bread; arrange the first pigmented bread and the second pigmented bread in a support; and pouring a filler into the carrier to form a soft base so that the first pigmented bread and the second pigmented bread are fixed in and surrounded by the soft base. Another aspect of the present invention relates to a cosmetic pallet assembly which comprises: a support enclosing a reception space; and a cosmetic product which is disposed in the reception area and which comprises a pigmented bread unit and a soft base. The pigmented bread unit comprises a first pigmented bread, and a second pigmented bread which is of a different color from that of the first pigmented bread. The soft base consists of a filler which comprises a clear gel. [0005] The first pigmented bread and the second pigmented bread are fixed in and surrounded by the soft base. Other features and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: FIG. 1 is a flowchart of the first embodiment of a method manufacturing a cosmetic pallet assembly according to the present invention; Figure 2 illustrates perspective views of a forming step of the first embodiment; FIG. 3 illustrates partial sectional views of a deposition step, a filling step, an extraction step and a conditioning step of the first embodiment; FIG. 4 illustrates partial sectional views of a deposition step and a filling step of the second embodiment of the method of manufacturing a cosmetic pallet assembly according to the present invention; Figure 5 is a cross sectional view illustrating a cosmetic pallet assembly manufactured by the method as described in Figure 4; and FIG. 6 is a perspective view illustrating an alternative of the cosmetic pallet assembly manufactured by the method as described in FIG. 4. Before the present invention is described in more detail, it should be noted that similar elements are designated by the same reference numerals throughout the description. FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 illustrate the first embodiment of a method of manufacturing a cosmetic pallet assembly according to the present invention which comprises a forming step 11, a deposition step 12, a filling step 13, a extraction step 14 and a conditioning step 15. The forming step 11 consists in forming a pigmented bread unit 31 which comprises a plurality of first pigmented loaves 311, and a plurality of second pigmented loaves 312 which are of a different color from that of the first pigmented loaves 311. The forming step 11 is performed using a mold 2. To be more specific, the forming step 11 is performed by melting first and second cosmetic materials 310, 310 'respectively for the first and second pigmented loaves 311, 312, and pouring the first and second cosmetics 310, 310' into corresponding cavities 21, 21 'of the mold 2, followed by solidification to form the first pigmented loaves 311 and the second pigmented loaves 312 in the cavities 21, 21 '. To be more specific, a cooling period, such as ten minutes, is required to allow the first and second cosmetics 310, 310 'to solidify. Since the color of the first cosmetic material 310 and the color of the second cosmetic material 310 'are different, the colors of the first pigmented loaves 311 and the second pigmented loaves 312 are also different. [0006] According to this embodiment, the cavities 21, 21 'are star-shaped, but in practice, the cavities 21, 21' are not limited thereto, and can be configured according to other geometrical shapes, such as a heart shape, a cloud shape, etc. In addition, the pigmented bread unit 31 is not limited to two different colors, and may be designed to have more than two colors. [0007] In addition, if the first and second cosmetics 310, 310 'are malleable, the melting step of the first and second cosmetics 310, 310' of the forming step 11 may be omitted and the first and second pigmented loaves 311 , 312 may be formed in other ways, such as kneading or extrusion. It should be noted that the number of each of the first and second pigmented loaves 311, 312 is not limited to that of this embodiment. For example, the pigmented bread unit 31 may contain only a first pigment 311 and a second pigmented bread 312. The deposition step 12 consists in depositing the first pigmented loaves 311 and the second pigmented loaves 312 in a 4. According to this embodiment, the support 4 encloses a reception space 413. To be more specific, according to this embodiment, the support 4 comprises a round bottom wall 411 and an enclosure wall 412 extending upwards from a periphery of the bottom wall 411 and cooperating with the bottom wall 411 in order to enclose the reception space 413 intended to accommodate the pigmented bread unit 31. According to this embodiment, the support 4 is composed of aluminum, which is lightweight and offers good thermal conductivity. However, it should be understood that the support 4 may also be composed of other materials, such as opaque or transparent plastics. According to this embodiment, the deposition step 12 is performed using forceps 71 to clamp and place the first and second pigmented loaves 311, 312 in the support 4. The first and second pigmented loaves 311, 312 are attached spaced apart at the lower wall 411 of the support 4. According to this embodiment, since the thicknesses of the first and second pigmented loaves 311, 312 are equal, the upper surfaces of the first pigmented loaves 311 and the upper surfaces of the second loaves pigmented 312 are at the same level. In addition, according to this embodiment, the upper surfaces of the first pigmented loaves 311 and the upper surfaces of the second pigmented loaves 312 are higher than an upper edge of the enclosure wall 412. The filling step 13 consists of pouring a filler into the carrier 4 to form a soft base 30 such that the first pigmented loaves 311 and the second pigmented loaves 312 are fixed in and surrounded by the soft base 30. To be more specific, during the filling step 13, the filler is first heated to a fluid state, then poured into the reception space 413 of the support 4, and finally solidified to forming the soft base 30. A cosmetic product 3 which is disposed in the reception area 413 and which comprises the pigmented bread unit 31 and the soft base 30 is then formed. The filler may consist of a gel material. The gel material may be, for example, but not limited to, a humectant, such as beeswax or Vaseline. In addition, a refreshing agent, such as mint, may be additionally added to the filler to provide an additional function. In addition, the soft base 30 may also immobilize the pigmented bread unit 31 therein to prevent movement or movement of the pigmented bread unit 31 relative to the support 4. Since the lower surfaces first pigmented loaves 311 and second pigmented loaves 312 are permanently attached to the bottom wall 411 during the deposition step 12, the first pigmented loaves 311 and the second pigmented loaves 312 can not move during the filling step 13. When the filling agent is poured into the support 4, the filling agent may be poured into the support 4 until the first and second pigmented loaves 311, 312 are completely covered by the agent. filling. Therefore, after solidification, the first and second pigmented loaves 311, 312 are completely covered by the soft base 30. The surface tension of the filler can prevent the filler from overflowing the support 4, and makes upper surface of the base 30 soft slightly arched. According to this embodiment, the soft base 30 is opaque. Since the soft base 30 is opaque and completely covers the upper surfaces of the first pigmented loaves 311 and the second pigmented loaves 312, the first and second pigmented loaves 311, 312 are out of sight. Therefore, the extraction step 14 is performed to extract a portion of the soft base 30 so that the upper surfaces of the first pigmented loaves 311 and the second pigmented loaves 312 are exposed. According to this embodiment, the extraction step 14 is carried out by horizontally scraping the soft base 30 with a knife 72 until the upper surfaces of the first and second pigmented loaves 311, 312 are exposed. . The conditioning step 15 consists in packaging the support 4 with the pigmented bread unit 31 and the soft base 30 in a shell unit 5. The shell unit 5 has a transparent body 51 which accommodates the support 4, and a cover transparent 52 which is mounted on the body 51 so as to pivot. As such, the colors of the first and second pigmented loaves 311, 312 are visible through the cover 52. In addition, the hull unit 5 also serves as protection for the cosmetic product 3. The first embodiment of the assembly cosmetic pallet according to the present invention comprises the support 4 and the cosmetic product 3. Since there are no rigid partition walls between the first and second pigmented loaves 311, 312, the user can freely move and iron a brush on a surface of the cosmetic product to obtain the desired amount of the bread powder of each of the first pigmented loaves 311 and the second pigmented loaves 312 and even a little of the soft base 30 and mix them without damaging the brush. [0008] Referring to FIGS. 1, 4 and 5, the second embodiment of the method of manufacturing a cosmetic pallet assembly according to the present invention is similar to that of the first embodiment, with the exception of slight differences in 12 and the filling step 13, and the omission of the extraction step 14 and the conditioning step 15. During the deposition step 12 of the second embodiment, the support 4 consists of a transparent material such as a transparent plastic material. To be more specific, the support 4 comprises a support body 41 which encloses the reception space 413 and has a bottom wall 411 and an enclosure wall 412 extending upwards from a periphery of the bottom wall 411. and a cover 42 which covers the support body 41 removably. According to this embodiment, the cover 42 is threadedly engaged with the support body 41. The lower surfaces of the first pigmented loaves 311 and the second pigmented loaves 312 are partially attached to the bottom wall 411. The upper surfaces of the first pigmented loaves 311 and the second pigmented loaves 312 are lower than an upper edge of the wall. enclosure 412. During the filling step 13 of the second embodiment, the filler comprises a transparent gel 32 and flakes 6 distributed in the transparent gel 32. To be more specific, the filling step 13 consists of to uniformly mix the transparent gel 32 with the straws 6 to obtain the filler, to deposit the filler in the support 4 so as to cover the first and second pigmented loaves 311, 312, and to solidify the Filler to form the soft base 30. According to this embodiment, the clear gel 32 consists of a balm. [0009] Since the lower surfaces of the first pigmented loaves 311 and the second pigmented loaves 312 are only partially attached to the bottom wall 411 during the deposition step 12, when the filling step 13 is completed, the first and second Pigmented loaves 311, 312 become detached from the bottom wall 411 and float in the filler due to buoyancy of the filler. As such, the lower surfaces of the first pigmented loaves 311 and the second pigmented loaves 312 are higher than an upper surface of the bottom wall 411 after the filling step 13. [0010] Since the filler consists mainly of the transparent gel 32 and the pigmented bread unit 31 can be seen through the soft base 30, the extraction step 14 can be omitted in the second mode. of realization. Therefore, the thickness of the first and second pigmented loaves 311, 312 in the second embodiment may be less than that of the first embodiment. In addition, since the support 4 of the second embodiment has the same function of protecting the cosmetic product 3 as the shell unit 5 of the first embodiment, the conditioning step 15 is not necessary and can be omitted. Alternatively, the filling step 13 of the second embodiment can be performed by first pouring a small amount of the filler into the support body 41 to allow the first and second pigmented loaves 311, 312 to float. upward, and once the filler in the carrier body 41 is slightly solidified, the remainder of the filler is then poured to completely cover the upper surfaces of the first pigmented loaves 311 and the second pigmented loaves 312. Referring to Figure 6, according to a variant of the second embodiment, the cover 42 is mounted on the support body 41 so as to pivot. Similarly to the first embodiment, according to this embodiment, since there are no rigid partition walls between the first and second pigmented loaves 311, 312, damage to the brush can be avoided. In addition, according to the second embodiment, since the support 4 and the soft base 30 are transparent, the flocked pigmented bread unit 31 can be seen from the outside, thereby improving an aesthetic appearance. In addition, the flakes 6 which are evenly distributed in the transparent gel 32 can give the user a shimmery look when the cosmetic product 3 is applied.
